There are two cottages available for overnight stays at Hopkins Ordinary. They are great for people traveling in small groups or with pets or children, or if you just want space to spread out and relax.
the Garden Cottage
The Garden Cottage sits behind the B&B, and is closer to the river. It has 2 bedrooms (the downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed and the upstairs bedroom has one full-size and one twin bed). There is one bathroom with a large, double-headed shower, a full kitchen, a living room, and a dining room. Please be aware that the upstairs bedroom is a converted attic with low ceilings and steep stairs. The wrap-around porches are great for relaxing.
The Garden Cottage has a maximum occupancy of five people, including children. The listed price is based on an occupancy of up to two people; we add $50 more for each additional person per night.
Extended Stay Discount: A $50 nightly discount can be applied for each additional night after the first. Just choose the "$50 off cottage" option while making your reservation.
Pets are welcome in the Garden Cottage for an additional $35 per pet, per night. Breakfast is not included in the bae price of the cottages, but can be added, with 5 days advance notice, for $25 per person per day.
The Forager’s Cottage
The Forager’s Cottage is located next door to the B&B, near the river, and has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-bed. There is one bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a full eat-in kitchen, a living room with wood-burning stove, a front porch, and a screened porch at the back of the house. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for guests to use.
