UPDATE: FEB. 27 DINNER IS SOLD OUT
NEW DINNER ADDED FOR FRIDAY, MARCH 6
Join us on Friday, Feb. 27 for a special dinner by Chef Dan Gleason of Sumac – Sperryville’s wildly local and wood-fired kitchen that operates with a deep connection to the land and its local farmers. Since opening in 2020, Sumac has earned recognition in the The New York Times The Restaurant List (2024) and Washingtonian’s Very Best Restaurant List (2023). Read the Washington Post’s latest review of Sumac: This food truck is so good it’s worth the trip to Sperryville.

Your experience includes a five-course Sumac Tasting Menu priced at $180 per person. Beverage pairings and a la carte drink menu will be available for purchase and provided by Hopkins Ordinary. Up to 14 seats are available. Take a sneak peek at the menu here!
